Analytics Indirect Discharger Monitoring
The survey systematics for analytics and indirect discharger monitoring benchmarking were developed together with 14 sponsoring agencies in the wastewater disposal industry. The first data collection phase was successfully completed in the first quarter of 2007. The pilot project is now being continued in two separate products, separated into analytics and indirect discharger monitoring, and should serve as a continuous platform for the exchange of information for all interested operators.

The Indirect Discharger Monitoring Product
- emphasizes the various foci and strategies of the monitoring
- activities and intervals of the monitoring (sampling, site inspections, checks, examinations, cooperative measures),
- industry spectrum and strategies in the various industries;
- compares the expenses of the analytic activities (sampling, scope and frequency of monitored parameters);
- shows the variety of the instruments used and the legal basis (profit generation, limits, bylaws and water law).
