Sewer Operations Product
Subject of Analysis
This product focuses on the processes of inspection, cleaning and the rectification of damages of and faults in the cost-intensive equipment.
The process model, continuously developed by industry experts since 2000, enables the comparison of companies of varying sizes and legal forms.
Results
Concrete considerations for improvement can be derived from performance indicator comparisons through the methods of Benchmarking Online.
Performance indicators (costs per partial process and overall, quality, number of employees, vehicle utilization) describe the subject of analysis.
Influential factors (processes, people, technology) highlight reasons for differences in the performance indicators:
- How often do I clean my sewer network?
- At what intervals do I visit my pump stations?
- How strong is my crew?
- Which EDP am I using?
Each individual company can derive measures from this analysis of causes.
The scope of the project includes all steps according to the recommendation of the DWA, i.e. up to the derivation of measures.
